days" you
can discover the secrets of traditional Italian confectionery.
During the "learning days", we show you how to
prepare the finest, authentic pastries, by employing
only natural
products such as milk, eggs, flour and sugar, as well as
fresh fruit and dried fruit.
In addition, our days of learning are a nice opportunity
to spend time together, immerse yourself in a peaceful
atmosphere, taste the sweets prepared during the lesson
and have
a small aperitive in the evening.
